How Does It Work?

Download and thoroughly complete the Snowflake worksheet.  Once completed, send the worksheet to our Snowflake coordinator Jason Araghi at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Once the proposal is reviewed and approved, we will send an email to families within a 2-3 hour drive of the event location and gauge their interest in participating.  Based on the level of participation and feedback your receive, you will be able to determine the feasibility of pursuing your event.  It is best to have at least a 90 day horizon when scheduling an event.

On occasion, there may be a need for overnight stay for some families.  It will be the responsibility of the event organizer to arrange for hotel and continental breakfast for the families.
